50 drives of the minibuses from the Capital were fined, because the passengers they were transporting didn't have a seat. The sanctions were applied in the last days by the Police Municipal Direction.

For such encroachments the drivers are punished with 750 lei fine and three penalization points.

The checking took place in the most busy hours of the day. The target of the action was to prevent the accidents with the minibuses' implication and thefts preventing.

In the last nine months there were 31 accidents with the implication of the minibuses. After the accidents 56 persons were traumatized, comparatively with the last year, where 37 accidents took place after what died two persons and other 90 were traumatized.
