Radu Burduja State Secretary attended the international conference "100 years since the end of the First World War", organized by the Defense Ministry in cooperation with the Center of Culture, Military History and Hanns Seidel Foundation.

"Today's event is the result of the efficient cooperation in the defense field. Today, we are remembering the past, the First World War. It was a huge tragedy for the humanity, as it had millions victims", mentioned Radu Burduja, General State Secretary.

The official showed he is convinced that the event is interesting not only for the historians, but also for all the people.

The program of the conference also included a couple of sessions, discussion and debates on the consequences of the First World War.

Within the event, an exhibition  called "100 years of Poland's independence" was organized.

The international conference takes place between November 21 and 23 at the Center of Culture and Military History.
