A 19 year old citizen of Chisinau is suspected of violating a 15 year old girl. The police was alerted by the girl's parents who told them all the circumstances.

According to the police officers, the girl met the boy at some friends, where they consumed alcoholic drinks. The girl says the sexual act happened against her approval. The doctors initiated an expertise, to find out all the circumstances. 

At the prosecutors' request, the suspect was detained on a 30 days term. He is accused of violence. He risks from 5 to 12 years in prison.
