Reforming the prosecution, reintroducing the integrity test, the Courthouse Map and decreasing judges’ immunity: these are the main achievements in the Judiciary sector in 2016.

A new practice is soon to be launched – the digital Judiciary. Many trials will unfold exclusively on the basis of electronic files.

It will be possible to start a trial by an electronic request, the sides will have access to the dossier from their computers, as witnesses or the parties will be able to testify through video channels without being present in the courtroom.
