2019 parliamentary elections and referendum. Moldovans will vote tomorrow
The Moldovans who have the right to vote can fulfill their right tomorrow. Both the parliamentary elections and the referendum will take place int he same day. The voting polls will be open between 7 AM and 9 PM.
"Each citizen who attends the elections should present an ID. The Electronic Register of the Citizens contain personal data, while the authomatized system will verify if this person has the right to vote or if he should vote in this polling station", said Oxana Bodnar, Publika TV reporter.
Then, a member of the polling station will put a stamp on his ID. This confirms the thing that the citizens received the ballots. Then the signature follows: the citizen will sign twice, once to confirm his ID data for the parliamentary elections and the second for the referendum.
"Each citizen will get four ballots: two for the referendum, one for the national constituency and the fourth for the local constituency", said Oxana Bodnar.
The citizens will vote in the voting booth, by applying a stamp next to the candidate he chooses or to the reply he gives for the referendum's questions.
"If the citizen made any mistakes on the ballot, then it is annulled and gives him another one", said Oxana Bodnar, Publika TV reporter.
