233 kilometers of  Bender-Basarabeasca-Etulia-Giurgiulești railway will be repaired. At the same time, Giurgiulesti station will be renovated.

"We should manage to build the railway which leads from Ungheni to Chisinau. Then, we will have to increase the goods volume transported on this way", declared Chiril Gaburici.

The building works will take place between 2019 and 2021 and cost over 55 million Euro offered as a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
