The Parliament speaker, Andrian Candu, has announced that on Wednesday, 27 July, in the Parliament will be debates on the censure motion against Filip Government, initiated by pro-east socialists and signed by liberal-democrats.

We remind that the liberal-democrats, declared pro-european, have signed, together with three communists, the censure motion initiated by pro-east socialists. These want to demote Filip Government, even though they don’t believe in the success of initiative.

The motion was registered in Parliament and signed by 24 socialist deputies, seven liberal-democrats and three communist deputies.

The initiative to give a vote of censure to Filip Government comes after the Parliament declined the socialists’ proposal to hear in Parliament the activity report of prime minister Pavel Filip.

The socialists requested the support of Communist and Liberal-Democratic Parties, which, after a consulting pause, have decided to form a coalition with PSRM.

For the Filip Government to be demoted, there are necessary votes of at least 51 parliamentarians.
