The Pontiff had a little fall while visiting Poland’s holiest site at the Jasna Gora Monastery, in Czestochowa, southern Poland.

He lost his footing while approaching the altar, but thankfully he was quickly helped to his feet.

Video shows the Pope falling before Vatican Master of Ceremonies, Guido Marini, comes to his rescue.

He was uninjured in the fall, though he is known to have sciatica, a painful condition which can affect the legs and lower back.
