The new cars are getting more popular with the Moldovans. The sales went up 8% in the first half of the year, year-on-year.

At the same time, fewer second-hand cars were registered. According to data from the registration authority, within the first seven months of the year, 11,000 cars were recorded, 20 % of them being new.

The preferences top is: Dacia, Hyundai, Skoda, Toyota and Mercedes.
