About 7,500 Moldovans have no permanent job precisely because they have no desire to work.

According to the National Bureau of Statistics, most of them, about 3,800 of them are men.

Also, statistics show that over 4,000 of those live in cities. 

In total last year, nearly 1.400,000 people in our country have decided not to work for various reasons. These include family responsibilities, retirement and health.
