Parliament President Andrian Candu has thanked all the voters having attended the presidential poll on Sunday, stressing the authorities accept the people’s will unconditionally and with no restraint.

The official says voting is the tool by which the citizens directly participate in managing the country and has called on all voters to vote in two weeks.

Andrian Candu has also thanked the electoral clerks for organizing and holding the election, remarking the speed of counting and processing the ballots.

The speaker says the MPs will go on working the coming weeks, as the first sitting of the Parliament will take place later this week.
