The people exchanging money at banks and currency exchange offices in Moldova will be able to cancel their transactions half an hour lately, if they decide so.

The law enters force tomorrow and is meant to avoid currency speculation sprees.

The exchange offices must satisfy the clients’ request of returning the money, without asking for additional pays.

The law also provides for clear indication of commissions, if any, and of the digits showing the rate.
