Over 200 Moldovan drivers have been fined since the beginning of the year for producing expired road tolls. According to the border police, the amount of fines is over $10.000.

Officers notice it’s the drivers with cars registered overseas that produced expired tolls.

As from January 1, the border police have the right to check the existence of road tolls at drivers with foreign number plates.
