The women in Moldova give birth to fewer children, according to official statistics.

47, 400 babies were born last year, that’s 3,200 infants less than in 2015, when over 50,000 children were born.

The main reason for the birth rate is migration, sociologists assess, but the doctors say it’s the infertility.
