Moldovan society targets 17 THOUSAND EUROS at charity fair to help cancer patient
A charity fair organized by mother took place in the capital today, February 19th, in order to help a young man suffering from cancer. The event was attended by dozens of people who have brought clothes, books and shoes.
Zubatii Daniel was diagnosed with a type of bone cancer at the left leg. Recently, his leg was amputated to prevent the spread of disease. In order to buy a prosthesis and to continue the treatment, Daniel needs at least 17 thousand euros.
Influenced by his story, people have mobilized on social networks to help him.All money earned from the sale of goods will be used for the treatment of the young man. A group of young people have also helped while selling hand-made trinkets.
Currently, about four hundred Moldovan children are suffering from cancer.
