Liubovi Lagovscaia says the incident happened last Saturday and believes the system was attacked by hackers.

But the station’s IT personnel have solved the problem today.

No delays have been admitted, as all the tickets were written off by hand.

Now the employees are to write in the data on the sold tickets.
