The Chisinau residents may request their houses to be disconnected from the heating system during the day, when the outside temperatures are positive.

Head of Directorate General Housing and Planning, Gontea Peter, stated at the Mayoralty meeting that the claims must be submitted to the building manager, who then notifies "Termoelectrica", which is in charge of operating disconnections throughout the day, IPN reported. 

Peter Gontea emphasized that disconnections can be made only if the requests are submitted by the majority of the residents.

Also, the managers are suggested to disconnect totally the houses from the heating system during the day when temperatures are high, because the heating supply at the minimal parameters doesn’t help consumers to spare money.
