Prime Minister has outlined the main criteria of the "First House" project, of which young people will have the opportunity to buy their first house. The topic was discussed at the Government meeting today, May 31st. 

"It's an important project that we've been working on for almost a year. This project gives young people the opportunity to buy their first house and pay only 10-per-cent of the price at first. 90-per-cent will be the mortgage loan. The whole amount is of one million lei. The interest rate won't be over 3-per-cent. The term will be of 25 years. There need to be talk on this topic with the youth, and if it needs improvement, let's do it" , said Pavel Filip.
