The public sector is likely to become more attractive for potential employees, as the Labor Ministry drafts a new remuneration system.
The document provides that the public sector employees’ salary should be made up from several components. The authors of the bill thus aim at insuring equity in remuneration and a decent living for the employees.
The salaries will be formed from the basic job salary, the bonus for individual performance, certain special additions for stimulation and compensation.
The basic salary will represent about 70 and 80 per cent from the actual salary which will be received by a public sector employee.
