Several European officials will visit Chisinau in an official meeting with Orhei town mayor, Ilan Shor.  The announcements were made by the lawyers of the politician, at the return from Strasbourg, were they had several meetings with the European deputies.

"Ilan Shor will be released from house arrest on June 22nd, with a fair trail to be respected. The European deputies were interested by these arguments" , said lawyer Iulian Balan.

Ilan Shor is being accused of fraud and money laundering in the banking fraud case. The Orhei town mayor was detained in June 2016. Until June 22nd, the prosecutors hope for enough evidence, so that the court will issue the sentence.
