Moldova's year-on year inflation registered 7,3% in June 2017, the National Bureau of Statistics said today.
Accordingly, food prices rose 9% on the year, while prices of non-food products increased by 4.2%. Prices of public utility and transport services rose 8.9% year-on-year in June.
Likewise, the consumer price index (CPI) in June 2017 compared to May 2017 registered 99,6%.
A consumer price index measures changes in the price level of market basket of consumer goods and services purchased by households.
