More and more Moldovans have complained about the airline service quality.

In this summer, the Consumer Protection Agency (CPA) has already registered 25 petitions. The travelers often complained about the flight delay, luggage damage and flight cancellations.

In this context, the agency inspectors have launched futher information campaign in order to ensure that all passengers know their rights.

If the flight is delayed from 2 to 4 hours, passengers reserve the right to ask for meals and free accommodation, and if the flight is delayed until 5 hours, even reimbursement of the ticket's cost could be asked. 

If the flight has been canceled, passengers may receive compensation of €250 for flights up to 1500 km, €400 for flights between 1500 - 3500 km and €600 for all other airplane trips.
