Hospitals in country won't be closed, and the project for hospital reform is in progress.

The subject was discussed at the weekly meeting of the Democratic Party today.

According to PDM spokesman, Vitalie Gamurari,  Health Minister Ruxanda Glavan presented a report on hospital reform. The document will be approved only after it's been publicly debated.

Earlier, Health Ministry proposed opening 19 new hospitals in the next 7 years and replacing the existing ones.

Accordingly, there should be 11 regional medical institutions, four central and three specialized ones.
