The draft of the mixed voting system will be put to vote tomorrow in Parliament. The document was published on the Parliament's website. 

Also today, a new round of debates on mixed voting took place. Participants were deputies, representatives of civil society and ethnic communities, as well as members of extra-parliamentary parties.

The most discussed item was about the constitution of uninominal constituencies.

The circumstances will be approved by the Government until 30 November.

An electoral subdivision will have a maximum of 65,000 voters.
