The rally for supporting the mixed system did not go without incidents. The leader of the Platform of Dignity and Truth, Andrei Năstase, came to the scene in front of Parliament and barged into a lady who held a speech at the time. Police and campaigners reacted quickly.

Năstase's challenge occurred when one of the supporters of the mixed vote, the mayor of Cobâlea village in Soldanesti district, Angela Babii, spoke in front of the crowd.

Nastase was booed by the campaigners in the rally. Still, the politician did not cease to perform in the show even after being taken out of the scene.
