Five main streets in Străşeni, with a total length of over 4.3 kilometers, will be illuminated at night.

The installation of the pillars and led bulbs lasted only two weeks. This achievement was reached thanks to a Swiss grant and the effort made by natives and local authorities.

The three main wards of Straseni have been without lighting in the nighttime for over three decades. From now on, people will no longer be afraid of walking on street without sunlight. 

The total project cost nearly one million lei.
