Persons under investigation and suspect will be under judicial control in no more two years.

If the judges do not obtain any conviction during that period, all measures to restrain the suspect's freedom will be annulled.

Likewise, they are restricted to ride, to occupy public offices and to communicate with certain people.

The Ministry of Justice proposes that judicial control should not exceed 1 year in minor offenses and up to 2 years in serious cases.
