21 minors aged 13 and 17 years from several Moldovan districts have been located on the streets of Chisinau.

Children earn their living by begging and bumming around. Minors are handed over to their parents, but they run away from home and return to the streets.

Preventive discussions with minors are carried out in view of preventing and combating crime.
