Moldovan border guards and customs officers found two bags of pepper grains on the Moscow-Chisinau train that the wagon attendant was unable to present documents of origin.

The pepper grain bags were camouflaged behind the heating system.

The wagon attendant is suspected to be involved in this smuggling attempt and he could not explain the origin of 100 kg of grains.

The whole amount of pepper is estimated to cost 80 thousand lei.

The case is still examined by the customs authority.
