Maia Sandu declared not to continue any pro-Europe discussion, right away after the 2018 election but does not proclaim the further plans in future. 

The Parliament president Andrian Candu has been questioning how to promote European integration if the majority of Parliament are socialists. 

This question was imposed on the politician who did not want any argument and obtain clear position. 

"If in 2018, the Party of Socialists, the party you are leading and the party I represent will reach Parliament and there will be a chance to keep the Socialists on the one hand and to have a pro-European government , you say you will refuse and you will not join and you will throw the country into new early elections.
