A woman from Hiliuţi village, Făleşti district has complained that while seeking medical assistance she was harassed by the staff.

58-year-old Galina Botnarenco suffers from ill health for the past 10 years. She requires medical assistance on a nearly daily basis.

"She took out a box from that container, said she had none and threw it nearby. There she took out the box containing medicine and said: look there is nothing I can do for you" Galina Botnarenco declared. 

The nurse explained her behavior blaming fatigue and a big number of patients.

"I worked along since 12. Do you think I cannot get tired doing everything by myself?" she questioned.

Residents claim that the nurse has often shown rude behavior toward patients.

"She once prescribed me some injections. I went, bought them and returned so that she can do them. After that my whole face got swollen."

"When I was sick she came in and tried to inject medicine, first in one hand, then in another, apparently she couldn't do it. She then threw away the syringe and started yelling that never before had she seen such a person in her life."

Still, some are satisfied with the provided services.

"Whenever I went there she was calm, never heard her yell. Never had issues with the nurse."

According to the Health Center the problem is being solved peacefully and the nurse will be warned against such behavior.

The Healthcare office from Hiliuţi takes care of over two thousand patients.
