In the evening of October 20, the Capital's Police Department received a call from a 23-year-old young man, who claimed to have been physically harassed and cursed by three individuals while taking a walk in a public park from  Râşcani sector.

Two 902 teams were immediately dispatched to the site, as well as police officers of Râşcani sector.

Soon after the three suspects were arrested. They turned out to be two 16-year-old minors and a 18-year-old young man, all residents of Capital.

The 18-year-old suspect was arrested while on his way home, handcuffed and taken to the police department where he fully confessed.

The other two harassers are investigated without detention, as they are minors.

According to the information, the victim was attacked without any reason, having received bodily harm.

If found guilty, the suspect risk a 15 to 27 thousand lei fine, or up to 5 years of imprisonment.
