A 14-year-old teenager was arrested on suspicion of having murdered her friend over some debts.

On the night of September 14 2017, Capital's Police Department was alerted of a rooting corpse being found in a park from Râşcani sector.

Law enforcement have established that they body belonged to a minor. Preliminary forensic established that the man deceased from a hit and asphyxiation at the throat. 

Later, officers have established the identity of a 14-year-old minor from Străşeni, suspected of having played a role in the case.

According to prosecutors, the suspect has physically maltreated the victim and strangled her, over some debts.

The victim is a 14-year-old girl from the Capital.

The accused was arrested for 30 days at the prosecutor's request and is investigated for homicide.

According to the law, if found guilty the minor risks 10 to 15 years of imprisonment.
