Parliament president Andrian candu met with European Commissioner for Trade Cecilia Malmstrom
A legislative package eliminating abuses in the business environment is going to be presented in Parliament, announced by Parliament speaker Andrian Candu in meeting with Cecilia MALMSTROM, European Commissioner for Trade.
The President of the Legislature communicated the measures taken by the authorities to facilitate business development and improve the investment climate in Moldova.
In particular, Andrian Candu spoke about the reduction of the number of entities with control functions, the number of permissive acts, the diminution of the number of reports submitted by the economic agents, the creation of the Public Service Agency, but also the amendments to the Labor Code.
At the same time, he noted that, in order to better implement the reforms and norms promoted, in this session, MEPs focus on parliamentary control by organizing weekly hearings.
In turn, Cecilia Malmstrom, European Commissioner for Trade, welcomed the political stability and impressive economic growth registered by the Republic of Moldova
