The intersection of Lunca Bicului, Industriala and Uzinelor streets will be more secure from now, due to the new roundabout from the zone.

The municipal authorities of Chisinau say that the traffic will be more flexible and the number of the accidents will be reduced. The drivers are very glad about the new roundabout. Because of the bad infrastructure, there were terrible traffic jams in the zone, now, those will be avoided.

The drivers who circulated in this direction are happy about the changes.

''It is a good idea, we will see how will it work.''

''It is better now, you can freely pass this zone, not as it was previously.''

The repair works of the roundabout took about a month and costed eight million lei. In the zone there were installed many indicators and elements that make the circulation bands more visible during the night.

To make the traffic more flexible, the authorities want to install more traffic lights in the most crowded zones of the city. The next year, the representatives of the City Hall plan to rearrange other three roundabouts.
