Cigarettes smuggling was stopped at the custom post. The officers of the Mobile teams  found 7 200 cigarettes, after the K9 of the custom post reported about the presence of the cigarettes in a car of a 29 year old Moldovan citizen.

The cigarettes of unknown mark were hidden in the adapted places of the car.

According to the legislation, the smuggling tentative is punished with fine in sum that vary from 3 000 to 4 500 lei. 

The goods were confiscated by the border police.
