They were taking drugs in the car. Three men from the Capital were surprised by the police while they were taking drugs. The case happened aroung 2 am when the patrol officers of Botanica sector of the Capital observed three suspecting men in a Toyota car.

The car was situated on Plaiului street. The officers observed what the young are doing and came closer to the car. When they saw the policemen they had thrown the drugs. The officers checked the car inside and found four envelopes that contained an unknown substance.

Even they were caught while taking the drugs, the suspects didn't recognize their guilt.

The diver of the car said the envelopes belong to the other two passengers of the car.

At the place of the case, came a special group of the Botanica Police Inspectorate who made the investigations. The substance consumed by the suspects will pass an expertise. If the substance is drug, then a penal case will be started on the name of the suspects. If found guilty, the men will be punished with a fine that varies between 20 000 and 35 000 lei, 150 hours of unpaid community work between or a year in prison.
