Judicial discipline from Moldova discussed by international consultants
                          Anatolie Munteanu, the General State Secretary discussed about the legislative sphere and judicial discipline with the international consultants, Sonya Smith and Richard Gebelein. The documentation activity of the experts will contribute to the assistance of improvement the quality and efficiency of the surveillance structures from the justice.
Within the discussions about legislation, Anatolie Munteanu said for the quality of the justice act it is very important to have a mechanism of punishing the citizens. Also, the direction and visions of the intervention were also discussed.
The experts discussed about the crowded activity of the judicial inspectors, its quality, the character of the citizens who committed irregularities according to the attorneys' decisions and the professional ethics.
In this context, the general, state secretary noticed that a part of the requests addressed to the judicial inspectors are generated by a reduced trust in the independence of the justice act. At the same time, there was mentioned the fact that the presidents of the instances should imply more organizational aspects.
The activity of the consultants vary the evaluation of the legislative sphere of the disciplinary College of attorneys and Judicial Inspectors. The documentation visit of the international consultants in Chisinau happened due to the Transparent Justice Program, that is supported by the USA Agency of International Development (USAID).
