Sitting in Chiril Lucinschi case POSTPONED. Last witness, Ilan Shor didn't show up at hearing
                          The hearing in Chiril Lucinschi's case was postponed because Ilan Shor, the mayor of Orhei, the last witness didn't show up. According to the prosecutor, the mayor will be forced to come if he doesn't show up at the next sitting, that will take place on November 24.
On the other side, Chiril Lucinschi hopes Shor's testimonials will reveal the truth.
''Ilan Shor was cited yesterday, to come at the session that took place today. We will verify the causes of not coming. If he won't come at the next session, we will force him to come'', said Eugen Rusnac, prosecutor.
Former deputy, Chiril Lucinschi is blamed of money laundering. Anyway, he hopes Ilan Shor will come at the next session of the trial.
''I hope he will say the truth and we will finish this story. I understand he is busy with his activities as a mayor, but, anyway, he should have came'', said Chiril Lucinschi.
Chiril Lucinschi was detained on May 25, on the case of bank frauds of Economy Bank, Social Bank and Unibank. He is on home arrest.
The former deputy was the owner of the ast Delux SRL and IPA International Project Agency companies. He is suspected on money laundering and risks up to 10 years in prison.
