Unemployed peasants need to be officially employed, now. The draft law was approved today, by the Ministry of Health and Labor in first reading.

According to the project of law, the workers will make contracts with the employers for a three months period. The target of the project is to fight against unpaid work.

The document obliges the employer to pay the taxes, while the day labor to pay the social and medical insurances. Such a law already exists in Romania.
