Artillery from the Second World War was found in the basement of an apartment block form the Capital.
According to law enforcement, bomb squad from the Ministry of Defense was called in to investigate and evacuate the bomb.
The building's administrator, a woman of 58, declared for officers that the shell was found 30 years ago, when she first opened the library.
Experts will establish if it poses a threat to people's life and health, while police urges citizens to immediately call 902 if they discovered any ammunition or military artillery.
