Millions of lei brought within state budget by Customs Service
During 27 November - 3 December 2017, Customs Service have brought within state budget close to 398.4 million lei, having perfected in total 11.082 customs declarations.
The 1 billion 862 million lei collected in November, is by 265.6 million lei more than in a similar period last year.
In the first 11 months of this year, the state budget has gained 18 billion 438 million lei, which is a 2 billion 737 million lei raise, compared with same interval in 2016.
At the same time, during this period, were registered 73 attempts to breach the customs law, which are currently investigated. At the same time, 58 cases were registered, where fines of 305 360 lei were applied.
During the mentioned above period, 83 658 vehicles have crossed the border. Most popular being registered at crossing points with Romania, in Leușeni having been registered 16 177 vehicles, while in Sculeni 14 042.
