Double happiness in family from Anenii Noi. 40 years old woman gave premature birth to twins
A woman from Mereni villagem Anenii Noi district gave premature birth to twins. The family with five children live a humble life. They rent a house and the man works abroad.
Moreover, two of the children don't go to the kindergarten because of the lack of money. According to the local authorities, the family is under the eye of the social assistance and benefit of all the services.
The twins Daria and Egor are eight days old. They are still under the doctor's care. Ecaterina, the mother says she was trying to get pregnant for 21 years and at the age of 40 she did it.
"I was feeling bad, I passed many controls and the doctors said I will have twins. This was a miracle, I didn't expect that. My husband didn't expect that either. I started to cry", said Ecaterina Haceaceva.
The woman was transported to the hospital in a terrible condition, the doctors say it is a miracle that she remained alive.
"In 48 hours her condition started to get worse and worse. She had respiratory and cardiovascular insufficiency. It was required to make Caesarean operation", said Valentina Belous, accoucheur doctor.
The two brothers were born before the term. Each of them had an ideal weight. The doctors of the Institute of the Mother and the Child say the babies are in a very good condition.
"The babies had some problems at the beginning, but the problems passed. At the moment, they have an internal alimentation, they eat milk. At 33 weeks they will accumulate not more than 20 grams a day", said Ludmila Brunchi, doctor.
The brothers of the twins, aged between 2 and 14 years can't wait forward to see their mother home. In their house there will be place for everybody. Ecaterina says her biggest desire is to have their own house.
"I want to be close to my children, to have our own house", said the mother of the children.
The local authorities will be more attentive to the Haceaev family.
"This family wan't in the category of the social vulnerable ones, this is why we weren't very attentive to their life. Now, we will take care about them", said Valentin Vieru, the deputy mayor of Mereni village, Anenii Noi.
The social workers from the village said they will support the family not only financial, but physically too.
"This family is very ordered, they don't drink alcohol, the mother is very responsible. The family will benefit of support on September 1 and June 1" said Alexandra Ceban, social worker at the Mereni City Hall.
According to the statistics, in Mereni village, Anenii Noi district, there are three families with five children.
