King Michael I of Romania has passed away. His death was registered today, at 13:00.

His body will be taken to Peleș Castle, afterward to the Royal Palace, from Calea Victoriei. 

King Michael I was diagnosed with Metastatic Squamous Cell Carcinoma and Chronic Leukemia.

The lifeless body of King Michael I be brought to the Hall of Honor from the Peleş Castle, afterward on the second day to the Throne room, of the Royal Palace, from Calea Victoriei. 

The funeral services will take place in Romanian Patriarchal Cathedral, while the King will be buried at the Cathedral of Curtea de Argeș , according to the statement of His Majesty's King Michael I press office.
