It might cause branches to fall from trees and even temporary power outage.

• Possible temporary power outage and loss of phone networks;
• Branches might break and fall, as well as dried trees falling;
• Some construction sites might get scraped; 
• In agriculture, trees might freeze, causing fruits to fall off.

Recommendations:

• Avoid walking near trees;
• Avoid fallen electric cables;
• Avoid parking cars near trees that might fall from strong winds;
• Tie the grape canopies to avoid them being broken;
• Use support upon fruit trees;
• Avoid using fire in open space.
