According to the general prosecutor, Eduard Harunjen, the attorney made wrote fake information in her wealth declaration.
"Prosecutors claimed in a media publication that some actions of the nominated magistrate have identified data and information that have created reasonable suspicion that the economic transactions in which the magistrate participated directly or indirectly were not introduced as required the law on property and income statements, and the declaration of personal interests," said Eduard Harunjen, General Prosecutor.
If found guilty, the attorney risks a fine of 35 thousand lei or a year in prison and losing the right to held a public function for five years.
