The Cabinet of Ministers approved the Strategy of the food safety for 2018-2022. The document targets to provide the food safety and costumers' protection.

In this sense, the authorities come with the following approach: the safety of the plants, feeds and animals, the increase of the standards for alimentary processing, the storage and selling of the food.

Also, there will implemented an informative system e-ANSA that will provide a fast exchange of information between the authorities. Thus, there will be created a unique platform that will act in emergency situations.

The strategy will provide a high level of protecting the public health and the costumers' interests.

Also, the targets will facilitate the export of alimentary and meat products from Moldova to EU and CSI.
