Good news for Moldovans! First house project voted in final reading
First House Program was voted in the second reading. Therefore, the state will guarantee half of the credit accessed from the bank.
"Let's hope that this bill will enable young people to own a house. On this occasion, Minister of Finance, we will have to implement really well this project. The Parliament through its control mechanism will follow to ensure the implementation", said Andrian Candu, President of Parliament.
Accordingly, beneficiaries of the First House program can be all Moldovans up to 45 years of age who official jobs.
Second condition is not to own another real estate or mortgage, and the monthly salary should be twice as high as the monthly interest.
For starters, they have to pay 10 percent of the value of the apartment or house, which should not exceed one million lei.
At the same time, the deputies decided that the income earned abroad by the spouse or first-degree relatives of those who will access to the First House program will be considered eligible. After implementing the program, the elected representatives will examine the possibility of extending the list of beneficiaries, especially for Moldovans legally working abroad.
