Dedicated father performs dance of Beyonce's hit Single Ladies
Dads will do anything for their daughters - but most wouldn't willing to go this far.
Steve Haddad, a Michigan father with an impeccable sense of humor, has become a viral sensation after giving his daughters the Christmas gift of a dedicated dance partner, joining them for a rendition of Beyonce's hit Single Ladies.
In a video that has been viewed more than 14 million times, Steve dons a tight black leotard and nude tights before taking to the living room floor alongside his two little girls.
The similarly dressed kids somehow manage to keep a straight face as they run through the choreography of the famous pop video.
Steve's wife, Tina Spadaro Haddad, later posted a video of their dance to Facebook, writing: 'You asked you received......Haddad Lip Sync contest. Stay back girls he’s all mine!! #BESTDAD #Beyonce #allthesingleladies #christmaslipsync.'
Speaking to Scary Mommy, Tina explained: 'The girls were trying to come up with a brilliant idea to beat the competition which in this family it’s tough.
'I threw out the Beyoncé single ladies video. The girls BEGGED him and because he loves to make us laugh, through much nagging on our part he agreed.'
Throughout the video, the guests at the holiday party are positively howling with laughter at the sight of Steven in his leotard.
And people watching the video of the dance online have reacted in a similar fashion. The clip has been viewed more than 14 million times and been shared over 180,000 times, with plenty of users taking to the comments to praise the family for their humor.
'Please add a disclaimer next time - coffee just shot out my nose and I think I may have peed a little. HILARIOUS!!!' wrote one viewer.
Another added: 'Awesome!!!! I have to show my husband and let him know he needs to step up his game!!!'
After receiving the dozens of supportive comments, Tina took to Facebook again, writing: 'Thanks Everyone. As you can tell the family had a BLAST watching!
'One thing about Steve is he always makes me laugh. And for the record they won the lip sync contest!!'
