The Ministry of Health, Labor and Social protection reacted and initiated an intern investigation at the Institute of Mother and the Child, after a mother complained she was left alone to abort in the bathroom.

The patient wrote on a social media page that two weeks ago, she was urged to make an abortion, at a term of five months, because her baby had some pathologies. She accuses the doctors that they didn't offer her the necessary help.

After this case, the responsible of the Health Ministry created a commission who will investigate the quality of the medical assistance and how do the doctors respect the medical ethics. The investigation targets to find the guilty and punish them.
